Siemens Merges US Divisions

Siemens Energy & Automation, Siemens Transportation Systems, Siemens Building Technologies, and Siemens VAI Services merged into a new company, Siemens Industry. Siemens appointed Daryl D. Dulaney, 56, as president and CEO of Siemens Industry.
