GE Proficy Process Systems Used in Chinese Paper Mill
GE Intelligent Platforms has announced that Tiancheng Paper Company, a subsidiary of Guangxi State Farms Sugar Group companies, has chosen GE’s DCS, Proficy Process Systems, for all plant equipment interlock and data acquisition. Located in Laibin City, China, Taincheng Paper has an annual output of 95,000 tons of bleached pulp. They chose Proficy Process Systems as part of a full plant automation designed to improve production efficiency, operator efficiency and asset optimization.
