Throughout his time at CTC, customers recognized him for his creative problem-solving approach to their unique challenges. Tom is known for his customer-oriented research, defining real-time/long-term goals and refining them into well crafted automation solutions. Many of these solutions have become the core technology of subsequent CTC hardware and software products.
