Control Station has launched a global Value Added Reseller (VAR) program with the signing of Osprey Engineering. Osprey and other resellers will provide worldwide distribution of Control Station’s LOOP-PRO technologies. LOOP-PRO is a PID diagnostic and optimization software that has been widely acclaimed for both innovation and ease-of-use.
Osprey Engineering is the first engineering services firm to officially join Control Station’s VAR Program. Based in Malaysia, Osprey Engineering’s services target inefficiencies in production processes such as excessive energy consumption, poor quality, and insufficient throughput. Osprey also distributes an array of best-in-class technologies and offers a suite of simulation-based skills development services. According to Osprey, the company actively supports leading manufacturers throughout Southeast Asia, including BASF Petronas, Eastman, FPG Oleochemicals, and Proctor & Gamble.
“LOOP-PRO equips our customers with an easy-to-use toolkit for improving the performance of their business-critical production processes,” commented Barry Martin, General Manager of Osprey Engineering. “With minimal training, customers can apply LOOP-PRO’s recipe-based tuning procedure to make informed decisions and to customize tuning parameters that meet their unique control objective. Our field service engineers have used LOOP-PRO with great success and have tangibly improved control at multiple customer sites.”
“We are thrilled to work with leading engineering services firms such as Osprey Engineering,” stated Dennis Nash, President of Control Station. “With the right combination of people, processes, and tools, our partnership can significantly increase the profitability of manufacturers across the process industries. Osprey shares both this viewpoint and Control Station’s commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction.”
