HMI/SCADA application for change management

FIX users can now experience the latest features of Proficy HMI/SCADA - iFIX 4.0 from GE Fanuc Automation, including new displays with ActiveX, OPC Support, VBA and more, ODBC database and Historian connectivity, Productivity Packs. New Graphics Tools deliver a variety of drawing productivity tools and advanced capabilities for 3D piping and connected object management. iFIX 4.0 is said to be the first HMI/SCADA application to offer change management capabilities for program versioning, audit trail and disaster recovery. A new ActiveX Control allows users to automatically host Real-Time Information Portal displays in an iFIX display. And iFIX displays, through the power of Terminal Services, can be hosted in a Portal display.
