With a 4” x 4” x 2.5” footprint, the RMU core is expandable with up to four I/O cards, which utilize a modular PCI-104 bus allowing users the flexibility to add third party cards. It features up to 96 DIO points, up to 64 analog input points, and 32 output points for critical high speed process applications. Additional I/O and devices can be connected using Ethernet communication on the second LAN port.
